For one reason or another some women think weight
training is not for them, that they will get these
huge bulky muscles. Well, this can be no further
from the truth.
Weight training is a must if you want to get into
your best shape ever. Cardio exercise is great
for your cardio vascular system and will help you
shed some lbs, but to see your body change shape
and tone up and become lean you will need to start
lifting weights.Weight training will also help you fight obesity.
As you add muscle from strength training your resting metabolic
rate will increase so you will burn more calories throughout the day.
Weight training is also great for increasing bone
density to help prevent osteoporosis and will help
reduce risk of diabetes.
Weight training is good for so many things that I
suggest you give it a try. So go ahead do not be afraid,
pick up those weights and do your body good!
