17 Seconds To Weight Loss

Welcome to stop trying to lose weight Backwards!

The '17 Seconds' is what will be addressed for success with
your image and weight loss. I will also address the fact that
your weight loss has little to do with food, and more to do
with those 17 seconds.

A little history to help you. Who am I, and what do I know about
losing weight? Well, for starters, I have done it for myself,
from 196 pounds , and have stayed a size 9, and I have helped
many others over my professional career.

There is a difference this time around. When I was in the
Health and Fitness Arena, owner of Womens Fitness Centers,
and also developer of 'Foodstyle', a weight loss consulting
program, I was helping folks lose weight, but I was helping
them do it backwards. Yes, Backwards.

Most were successful, but it was harder doing it that way.
And what was 'that' way ?

Trying to get to the root of why one was over eating,
and why they did not care enough to change. Most of the
conversations went on for the hour that I spent with these
folks, talking about the problems and situations and
relationships they had in their lives that contributed to their
weight gain.

So we spent week after week talking about the bad stuff in
their life, and how to change their foods and weight within
that frame.

NO MORE !

As your eyes read these words, we will not be talking about
your problems, your challenges. Because the more you talk
about the bad stuff in your life, the more it contributes to more
bad stuff showing up in your day to day.

Which for folks desiring to lose weight, works more as an
obstacle than a help.

First item to consider: It is not the food.

Second item: It is not your job, your husband, your lack of
husband, your kids, your lack of kids, your financial status.
None of that is contributing to your issues with your weight.

It is your "thinking" that they do , that propitiates your
symptoms.

We begin changing that NOW.

No more talk of that other stuff above. You are about to
enter the world of making a decision about what you want for
your weight, and just watching it happen for you. It is easy,
and simple, but it does take practice.

*Its Easy and Simple But it does Take Practice!*

Okay, so what is the Easy and Simple , part ?
And what is the 'But it does take Practice part ?

*Easy & Simple*

1. Pay attention to what you "used to" do. (And I know you
did this !)

You said: I want to lose weight, BUT I know I won't.
You said: I want to lose weight: BUT, its too hard !
You said: I wish I looked like that, BUT I know I never will !
You said: I want to eat that, BUT, I'll gain weight if I do !

Get the picture ?

2. Now, here comes the 17 Second Part:

According to the new "user friendly physics", for every 17
Seconds of Pure thought, it is EQUAL to 2000 hours of work
action towards your desire ! (Abraham-Hicks)

What this means to you is this: If you think, daydream, write
down for 17 seconds what you want for your body image,
why you want it, and how you will feel , you have just DONE
2000 hours of "work" (which you used to think you needed
willpower and discipline for), towards achieving the body
image you want.

HOWEVER, if in that next 17 Seconds or later in the day ,
you change your mind, and think for 17 seconds that you can't
do it BECAUSE, then you have undone your previous
'work'. You have canceled the effect, you are again in
neutral. In other words you are STUCK !

*And Now To The : It Does Take Practice Part!*

1. Note this: So far, in the past , you have been willing to
drudge yourself, thru many diets, much pain and frustration,
and not getting what you want.

QUESTION: Are you now willing to spend that time, even
much less of that time, doing something that feels better and
gives you what you want, which is a new body image ?


2. HOW much TIME ?

QUESTION: Are you willing to spend 15 minutes each day
writing in your own handwriting what you want for your body
and why you want it?


3. COULD IT BE THAT EASY ?
Yes.


4. And why could it be that easy ?
Because due to the 'user friendly physics', you are spending
a combustible amount of many 17 seconds writing and
feeling good about what you want for your body image.

In doing this simple 'skill', because you get better each day at
defining what you want things, and circumstances in you, and
around you AUTOMATICALLY begin to happen & change.

YOU WILL NOTICE THE CHANGES, and these will be
changes that contribute to your body image goal, with more
ease and effortlessness, than you could have possibly ever
have imagined.

You don't need a new "plan", the plan and or changes will just
come to you. You can use a plan, if that feels better to you.
You can change your plan every other day !

THE PLAN DOES NOT MATTER ! IT NEVER HAS !

We had been doing this weight loss thing backwards, and it
was to HARD ! It is not Hard !
