You Can Live A Long and Healthy Life

How To Live A Longer and Healthier Life

FACT: 1,500 people die from cancer each day.

FACT: 1 out of 3 people will die from cancer.

FACT: 1 out of 3 people suffer from some type of
degenerative disease.

FACT: We are the richest country in the world, yet the sickest.
We need to take control of our health!

We do so much to nourish others, yet we rarely take the time
to nourish ourselves. For all that we do to take care of our
children and other family members, doesn't it make sense to take
care of ourselves?

Well, changing your diet is the secret! Only YOU have the power
to change your world.

Any discussion of women's health must start with hormones.
Anyone who tells you different is probably a man. Hormones are
central to all stages of a woman's life. For example, raging
hormones thrust a child into adolescence. Hormones can cause
fertility as well as infertility. Hormones can make your hair
grow or fall out. I'm sure you get the picture of where I'm
going with this.

Balanced hormones mean balanced metabolism and optimal health.
Too much or too little of a particular hormone can cause health
problems. For example, too little estrogen can cause heart
disease, bone loss, hot flashes, and sleep disturbances. Too
little progesterone can cause ovarian cancer, uterine cancer,
and breast cancer.

Insulin is the fat storage hormone that we associate with adult
diabetes, which is a hormone deficiency disease. Too much
insulin can also cause high blood pressure, heart disease,
stroke, obesity and cancer. Too little insulin can cause
starvation and death.

Unfortunately, our approach to medicine is to treat disease
rather than to prevent it. The key is PREVENTION, not early
detection.

We only pay attention to our health when we are sick, therefore,
wanting a "quick fix", which is usually a pharmaceutical drug to
reduce our symptoms.

What Could Be the Missing Link?

YOUR MOTHER WAS RIGHT! Eat your fruits and veggies. The food we eat is critical to hormonal balance and optimal health.
Fruits and veggies are especially important for both improved
hormonal balance and overall improved health.

The American Cancer Society recommends eating between 5 to 9
servings of raw fruits and vegetables every day. The problem
is most people don't eat nearly enough of either one, especially
every day.

Fruits and vegetables are important because they contain
natural antioxidants that help strengthen our immune system so
we can fight infections and various degenerative diseases such
as heart disease, cancer, arthritis, etc.

In short, dietary stress is the basis for all our modern chronic
diseases. That's good news, because YOU have the power to change all that.

And to help you start making these changes is a product called
